The Studio

I started seeing pregnant and postpartum women in my glammed-up garden shed in 2024. A little unconventional, but deeply purposeful.

Before it became my makeshift office, the garden and studio were my creative sanctuaries. In these spaces, I found personal healing, learned vital lessons about trial and error, and reconnected with both God and myself.

Without this space, my practice would not exist in the way it does today. It was here that I dreamed new dreams for my private practice and found the courage to take the leap in re-launching my therapy work in a nontraditional way. Now, I’m excited to share this space with you.

I hope you also find healing here.

My belief in the power of expressive art and movement shapes my approach to emotional well-being. Now, instead of just hearing me talk about it (or assigning it as homework only), you can experience it for yourself through this therapy add-on offering.

Your feelings are not the problem. My hope is that you find the space to recognize them and move through them in a new, empowered way.
